The Miva integration I need is not listed anywhere. Can you build it?
Yes, and this is one of the most common reasons merchants call us. Many integrations are not listed on Miva's own website. If the platform, app or ERP you use has an API, our team can build and support a custom Miva integration for it.
Do you support integrations after launch?
Yes. Every integration we build includes free 90-day support after launch. After that, we are here for the long term through a retainer. Some of our Miva clients have worked with us for more than 10 years.
Can you migrate my store to Miva, or from Miva to another platform?
Yes, we handle migrations in both directions. We move stores to Miva from other shopping carts, upgrade older Miva Merchant stores, and migrate Miva stores to platforms such as PrestaShop, Magento, BigCommerce or Shopify when that is the right fit. We carry over products, customers, order history and URLs with 301 redirects to protect your search rankings.
Can I use AI tools to write code for my Miva store?
AI makes a good assistant, but it should not be your Miva developer. There is far less public Miva code for AI models to learn from than for larger shopping carts, so AI tools often guess, and those guesses can break templates, checkout, integrations or store data in ways that are hard to reverse. We have cleaned up several of these. This applies to every part of a store, from checkout and shipping rules to templates, pricing, integrations and custom modules. Use AI as an assistant, but never deploy AI-generated code to a live store until an experienced Miva developer has tested and verified it.
