Anywhere I could find a listing of all the codes / arguments / attributes that Miva accepts through GET and POST ?  I've looked but it doesn't seem to be documented anywhere.

Like different arguments that need to be passed through the ones above --- the best I can do is take a look at the forms that Miva generates and reverse engineer that way; but it would be nice to have a reference so it's easier to know what one can.
