The "2nd rank" affiliates are not getting the payout that is due to them. Why?

(2004/08/25)One common cause is that you don't have a payout amount configured for them. The module will not record an order if no payout is due. Keep in mind that the payout for each rank is taken from the affiliate that is receiving the payout. So if an affiliate is a rank 2 referral, then the payout due is taken from that affiliate's payout configuration.
