Displaying the products in affiliate order notification emails

The module now supports the use of the %products% token in the affiliate notification email.  Below the template fields in the module's admin for the email 'body' you'll now find fields for the "product template" and "attribute template".  There are a set of fields for the default order notification email (on the module's main "Options" tab) and for each individual affiliate.  You can add the products listing to the body template with the token %products%.

This token will be replaced by once instance of the "Product Template" for each product in the order.  Tokens available in that field are:

%prodweight%
%prodprice% (the product price as it appears in admin)
%prodpriceF% (formatted using the currency module)
%prodprice% (the price paid)
%prodpriceF% (formatted using the currency module)

%prodquantity% (quantity purchased)
%produpsold% (set to 1 if product was "upsold")
%prodtaxable% (set to 1 if product is taxable)
%prodlineid% (the "line id" of the product in Mercahnt's database)
%prodtotal% (price paid x quantity)
%prodtotalF% (formatted using the currency module)

%attributes% (replaced with one instance of the "Attribute template" for each attribute associated with the product)
