When a new affiliate signs up I would like to have the notification emails sent to every affiliate in the referral chain. Is this possible?

Indeed it is.

At the bottom of the "Options", "New Affiliate Sign-Up" tab in the module's admin you'll find an option for "Send notification of new affiliate to referring affiliates?". If that option is set on, then the fields below it will be used to format emails to be sent to each affiliate in the referring chain. There is an option there to send the email only to the primary referral the direct referral) or to all levels of referral.

The "Email Subject" and "Email Body" fields can process the usual affiliate tokens and they will be replaced with the data of the affiliate receiving the email. For example, if you use the token %affiliate_code% it will display the code of the affiliate receiving the email.

In addition to the standard affiliate tokens, there are corresponding tokens to display the data for the new affiliate:

There are also tokens to display the "chain of referral" (i.e. a listing of the path of referral):

The %referralchain% token will list the referring affiliate's codes in the format: newaffiliate|referring1|referring2|topreferring

If you would rather use some other delimiter (more than likely you will) you can use specify the delimiter in the token %referralchain|delimiter|%. For example, the token:

%referralchain| => |%

will format the referral chain as:

newaffiliat => referring1 => referring2 => topreferring
