After Upgrading, Customers are no longer returning to site

I upgraded to Mercant v. 4.xx and now my customer are no longer returning to my site after completing their order at Paypal.

The likely cause is that the pp_return.mv and pp_notify.mv files are no longer in the correct location. When you upgraded to 4.12, Miva moved all of the "important" files into a separate directory /Merchant2/4.12/. But of course the paypal files werent' moved. Make sure that both the pp_return.mv and pp_notify.mv file are in the /Merchant2/4/12/ directory and your problem will likely be solved.
