Customers are directed to a BLANK Screen

After completing the transaction on the Paypal site the customers are taken to a "confirmation" screen which automatically redirects to a blank screen. If they click on the "continue" button before getting redirected it still takes them to a blank screen.

This is a Paypal configuration issue. On your "Profile" tab on the Paypal site (after logging into your account), go to the "Website Payment Preferences" page (link in the far right column) and make sure that the "Auto Return for Website Payments" option is OFF.
