How can I integrate Category Navigation Menu with the Product/Category Page Template modules?
The method for adding a 3rd party token to the Page Template modules is essentially the same with any module. Once you've figured out how to integrate one module, you can apply that knowledge to any other module.
First, register a token for it in the 3rd party tokens tab of the Page Template module (if there isn't already a token listed for it). The module code for any installed module can be found in your mall > modules > module name. The module code for Category Navigation Menu is DEN_CATMENU. The token can be anything you like, such as catmenu.
Once this token is registered, the module will give you the full token you can insert into a template wherever you want the category menu to display. Assuming you used catmenu for the token, the full token would be
%module|catmenu|1|%
