The link in the email is not "active" and clicking on it does nothing. How do I make it active?

(2003/10/30)You have the "send as html" option checked (so that the email is sent in html format) but the %prodlink% token will display the product link but it might not be a clickable link in some email clients. You can make it a legitimate link by replacing it with the html tag such as;

%prodname%

which will display the product's name as a link to the product.
