How can I include an access number for each PIN in the PIN emails?
There are a couple ways to do this.
1) In the PIN Numbers tab of the edit products screen use the 'Message' field. Anything entered here will be included in the emails when a PIN for this product is issued.
2) Enable the 'Misc Label' in the PIN Settings tab of Order Fulfillment Configuration by entering text for the label, e.g. 'Access Number'. Once a label has been configured, anytime you add/import PIN numbers, you can add an additional field for Access Number.
The second method allows different access numbers to be configured for each PIN, even for the same product. The first method assumes every PIN for a particular product will have the same access number, but is simpler since you only have to configure the access number once for each product regardless of the amount of PINs.
