The "redemption" field is not showing up during checkout. What am I doing wrong?

(2004/09/13)There are several possiblities:

1) you do not have the OpenUI installed (and selected as the layout module in your store).

2) there isn't any content in the "Redemption button setup" field on teh module's "options" tab. The "setup" is used to display the redemption button and field. The default contents is:

Gift Certificate: %box% %button%



3) the module isn't enabled. This the very top option on teh "Options/Options" tab.

4) you're using some module to modify the Shipping/Billing selection page which is either not compatbible with the Gift Certificate Manager, or which has not been correctly configured to display the redemption field and button.
