Is there any way to look up a customer's previous order information?
Yes, if you're using our Order Status Manager module to track the status of your orders. When using Phone Order Manager, if you search for a customer and select a customer to use their data, the user is logged in as that customer. So the basic idea to get this functionality is to add a link on the Phone Order Manager page to view that customer's orders in a pop-up window. You would then be able to select the order and view it's details. And even, if you have the Order Status Manager configured to permit re-ordering, add the products to the basket. After adding the products to the basket you would close the pop-up, click on the "update" button back on the Phone Order Manager page and the products will be added to the basket.
All that need be done is to add the link to the Phone Order Manager page. Somewhere in the "Main Page Template" (on the "Main Page" tab in the module's admin page) add the code:
%begin_if|BasketList.d.cust_id|%
<A href="javascript:void(0);" onclick="window.open('http://yourstore.com/Merchant2/merchant.mvc?Store_Code=alpha&Screen=STATUS&ScreenStatus=1','Certs','width=640,height=640');">
Customers Orders</A>
%end_if%
This will display the customer's Order Status Manager listing in a pop-up window, but the link will be displayed only if the user is logged in as a customer (i.e. it will appear only after the user has selected a customer with an account). You will need to edit the url in the link above to use the url to your Merchant store and to use your own store code in the Store_Code=alpha variable.
