Solution: Tracking Link For USPS Site Not Working

The tracking link for the USPS site no longer works. What should it be?

The correct link is:
http://trkcnfrm1.smi.usps.com/PTSInternetWeb/InterLabelInquiry.do?origTrackNum=%num%

To change the URL, go into Order Status Manager's 'Options' screen:
Order Fulfillment Configuration > Order Status Manager > Options
Scroll down to the "Tracking types" section.

To change the tracking URL, we will need to delete the old USPS tracking type and reenter it using the SAME code (i.e. USPS). This process won't affect your current orders as long as you use the SAME code when reentering the USPS method.

- Check the box in the delete column next to USPS
- Click 'Update'
- Enter USPS in the top blank field next to "New:" and enter the new link into the url column:
http://trkcnfrm1.smi.usps.com/PTSInternetWeb/InterLabelInquiry.do?origTrackNum=%num%
- Click update again and the USPS link will have been changed
